Welcome to the Inland Northwest Clinical Placement Consortium Web Site Nursing Programs from Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho have formed a consortium to maximize nursing student clinical placements in regional health care facilities and, in collaboration with our clinical partners, to promote optimal clinical learning experiences for all students.
